Return & Refund Policy

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
Original tags and packaging must be included.
The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-returnable items

Underwear and socks, for hygiene reasons.
Final sale items, where stated on the product page.
Any item that has been used, washed or altered.

Return shipping

Return and exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item is faulty or incorrect — in that case KIDS Tv covers the full shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we confirm approval within 3 business days.
Card payments are refunded to the same card within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or e-wallet, using the details you provide.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
