Shipping Policy

We ship to all governorates across Egypt.

Rates & delivery times

• Shipping fee: EGP 118 per order, anywhere in Egypt.
• Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

Order processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Business days are Saturday to Thursday. Friday and public holidays are excluded.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Order confirmation

We contact you to confirm your order and address before shipping. If we cannot reach you after 3 attempts within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you receive a message with the tracking number and carrier details.

Delivery & payment

• You can pay cash on delivery or by card online.
• Please inspect your parcel with the courier before accepting it.
• For cash on delivery, the full amount must be available at the time of delivery.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address and phone number. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address or unavailability, reshipping costs are paid by the customer.

Delays

Delays may occur for reasons beyond our control such as weather, peak seasons, holidays or carrier issues. We notify you immediately if your order is affected.
