Terms of Service

By using the KIDS Tv website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products & pricing

All products are original and made of 100% natural cotton as described on each product page.
We display colours and images as accurately as possible; slight variation may occur depending on your screen.
Prices are in Egyptian Pounds, include applicable taxes, and may change at any time without prior notice.
Products are subject to availability. If an item sells out after your order, we contact you to replace it or refund you in full.

Orders

Receiving an order does not mean automatic acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, incorrect details or suspected fraud.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your contact and address details.
We contact you to confirm your order before shipping.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and online card payments through secure payment gateways. KIDS Tv does not store your card details.

Shipping & returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms. We currently ship within Egypt only.

Intellectual property

All site content, designs and the KIDS Tv logo are our property. All trademarks and characters shown on the products (such as Disney, Marvel and others) belong to their respective owners, and products are supplied as licensed goods from authorised suppliers.

Limitation of liability

KIDS Tv is not liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the products contrary to the care instructions on the label. Please follow the washing and care instructions.
